The fundamental purpose of the services that PMP provides requires that we gather, process, use and distribute the select information that you provide by filling out various forms and formats in the PMP Site; for example, your company name, contact information, company profile and homepage and the products you buy and sell, etc. PMP does not guarantee that your information will be protected from exposure to any particular party or group.
COLLECTING AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION
When you visit the PMP site to browse information, you do so anonymously unless you choose to become a registered user. If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the PMP Site – reading pages, viewing images, for example – we may gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally (“General Information”).
If you become a registered user of the PMP Site, you will be asked to fill out a registration form which requires you to provide information such as your name, address, phone/fax number, email address and other personal information as well as information about your business (“Registration Information”).
If you submit any information to PMP to be published on the PMP Sites, including but not limited to company contacts, product catalog, pricing information, trade leads, then you are deemed to have given consent to the publication of such information on the PMP Site (“Product Information”).
If you make a purchase through the PMP Site, we collect additional information, including billing information (“Payment Information”).
In addition, we gather aggregate statistical information about the PMP Site and users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors, etc. (“Statistical Information”).
USE OF INFORMATION
General Information – We use your General Information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and functionality offerings and to customize PMP Site content, layout and services specifically for you. We use your General Information to service your experience with the PMP Site, including but not limited to investigating problems, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements with us. We may share certain aggregate information based on analysis of General Information with our partners, customers, advertisers or potential users.
Registration Information – We use your Registration Information to provide services that you request or to contact you regarding additional services about which PMP determines that you might be interested. Specifically, we use your email address, mailing address, phone number or fax number to contact you regarding notices, surveys, product alerts, new service or product offerings and communications relevant to your use of the PMP Site. We generate reports and analysis based on the Registration Information for internal analysis, monitoring and marketing decisions.
Payment Information – At the PMP Site, your payment information may be collected by polymer vendors or their 3rd party vendors directly in order to enable transactions to be completed by the PMP Site. Any payment information that you provide through the PMP Site may be directly submitted to a payment server of the vendor. PMP may maintain electronic or physical copies of your payment information. PMP will not use the payment information collected for any secondary reasons. While PMP Site vendors may have in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or misuse. PMP shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of Payment Information, including banking information.
Statistical Information – We use Statistical Information to help diagnose problems with and maintain our computer servers, to manage the PMP Site, and to enhance the PMP Site and services based on the usage pattern data we receive. We may generate reports and analysis based on the Statistical Information for internal analysis, monitoring and marketing decisions. We may provide Statistical Information to third parties, but when we do so, we do not provide personally-identifying information without your permission.

We maintain reasonable security procedures to help protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the information you provide to us. Please note that no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. PMP will strive to protect your information and privacy, however, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any access to or use of the PMP Site using your password, whether or not authorized by you. Our personnel will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your log-in information (e.g., User ID and Password) on the computer. Remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your session. Please notify PMP immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
